These Terms of Service set out the basis on which Astrox Rendering provides this website and quotations for rendering and plastering work. By using the website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

The website is provided for general information about rendering and plastering services. It should not be misused, disrupted or accessed without authorisation.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and are valid only for the stated period. Changes to site conditions, materials or requirements can change the price.

The agreed scope of work should be set out in a written quotation or contract. Additional work outside that scope may involve further charges agreed in advance.

Payment stages, any deposit and accepted methods should be stated in the quotation or contract. The balance is normally due on completion unless agreed otherwise.

Reasonable notice should be given if work has to be cancelled or postponed. Costs already incurred for materials or preparation may be chargeable.

Any workmanship or manufacturer warranty should be confirmed in writing. Warranty terms depend on the service and materials specified for each project.

Our liability for any loss arising from the website or our services is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website text, imagery, graphics and branding should not be copied or reused without the relevant owner’s written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
